Your first FREE 15 Minute Virtual Session gives you the opportunity to experience what a virtual session is. If you like it, then we schedule your first 45 Minute Virtual Session.
You decide where you go from there. You decide how little or how much coaching in between. Everything revolves around you. In between virtual calls and text messages I utilizes an app based program to send you workouts.
