
FIT's One-On-One Health Coaching & Personal Fitness Training programs are an appointment-based service that empowers you to meet your S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time Bound,) goals and needs by holding you accountable and keeping you inspired.
It starts with the FIT Health History Paperwork. Once that is complete you would set up your first session; The Assessment.
The Assessment would be scheduled either first thing in the morning or after two hours of fasting. It takes about 45 minutes and provides the information that is needed to establish a baseline. It can be as little or as much as you want; basic height & weight information all the way to flexibility and movement assessments to allow for a specifically tailored exercise program for you. From there you would schedule your second session; The Program.
The Program is where all of your FIT Health History Paperwork information and your Assessment information, and most importantly, your goals, are combined to create a specifically tailored exercise program for you, using the equipment you have.
You decide where you go from there. You decide how little or how much coaching in between. Everything revolves around you. In between sessions FIT utilizes an app based computer program to send you workouts.
